Starting December 8, 2025, Belize becomes easier than ever to reach—especially for our friends in Europe. Air Canada has announced a brand-new nonstop flight from Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) to Philip Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City. This exciting route opens up same-day connections from over 20 major European cities to Belize, a game-changer for adventure seekers and travel lovers.
That’s right—jet-setters can leave London, Paris, Amsterdam, or Frankfurt in the morning, connect in Montreal, and be relaxing in Belize by nightfall.
This new route will be operated by Air Canada Rouge on an Airbus A319 with 136 seats (12 in Premium Rouge, 124 in Economy), offering comfortable, direct access to paradise. Flights depart Montreal every Monday at 5:45 PM and land in Belize at 10:05 PM. Return flights leave Belize on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM, touching down in Montreal at 4:40 PM.
Tourism officials in Belize are thrilled. “We are especially excited about increased accessibility and affordability for European travelers,” said Minister of Tourism Hon. Anthony Mahler. “Belize stands ready to welcome new and returning visitors to immerse themselves in our unique attractions.”
For travelers planning their next winter escape or Caribbean adventure, Belize just got a whole lot closer.
