Dean Barrow, Prime Minister of Belize announced a short while ago that the Belize International Airport will re-open on October 1st 2020.

Barrow made the announcement while providing an update to the nation on COVID-19. Barrow said that American Airlines and United Airlines will be flying into Belize in October.

The Belize International Airport has been closed for international tourists since March 2020.
