Ranguana Caye is open all year round, but advanced booking is required for overnight stays. Access to Ranguana Caye is restricted due to inclement weather or unfavorable sea conditions.

There are no commercial routes to Ranguana Caye. Visitors are recommended to contact private boat charters operating out of the Placencia Peninsula.
